At a colourful graduation ceremony that attracted 150 religious priests and sisters, 18 sisters from Malawi and Zambia graduated with certificates in Leadership and Formation. The 42nd graduation was held on 12th November 2022 at Kalundu International Study Centre and was officiated by His Excellence Fr Gianfranco Gallone, the Nuncio for Zambia and Malawi.

The Nuncio, who had earlier celebrated the thanksgiving mass for the graduating sisters, cautioned the graduands and religious men and women to be aware of the destructions slowly creeping into the religious communities through the use of social media.  In his address, he cautioned about the use of social media as it is destroying religious community values of living together and promoting individualism. The Nuncio urged the graduands and the religious in attendance to promote the community values of living together. The Nuncio bemoaned the increased use of mobile phones which are becoming a danger to community life for religious men and women. He further encouraged the e Leadership and Formation course attracted sisters from 13 congregations in Zambia and Malawi. 13 sisters came from congregations in Zambia while 5 were from the Congregations of Sisters in Malawi
